Pope is an Australian gardening icon, with over 90 years of experience in watering and irrigation products in Australia and New Zealand.
OVERVIEW
'The clever way to get away' campaign was launched during Pope's pivotal summer sales period. Australians were invited to match Pope products to go into the draw to win a holiday. The design needed to be scalable and easily adaptable across multiple formats whilst the website needed to be responsive, interactive and easy to use.
The resulting design was a digital illustration of a tropical holiday destination, using Pope's corporate yellow as a highlight colour to reinforce the brand. The website used parallax scrolling and microinteractions to create subtle movement between the foreground, midground and background layers.
Together with the supporting online and social media advertisements, engagement with the brand skyrocketed.
